Peter Groop

Founder, President and CEO

As the Founder, President and CEO of Fusion, Peter Groop is the company's visionary, setting the future direction for growth and organizational development. As a relentless salesman, experienced sales manager, and a corporate renegade, Groop launched his concept of "pure selling" in 1988 with no capital and a single client.

Today, Fusion provides exclusive, high-performance sales teams for some of the best-known brands in the Fortune 1000 and Global 500. In 2003, Ernst & Young named him an Entrepreneur of the Year, and in June 2004, Inc. magazine said that Groop has "...built one of the hottest [sales] teams in America."

With Fusion, Groop successfully pioneered the alternate channels program for Hewlett-Packard's Medical Systems Business, IBM, Kodak, and Tyco, and he has been instrumental in helping GE Healthcare attain its goals of operating a Six Sigma Business by consistently contributing nearly a half billion in annual sales.

Groop received a Bachelor's Degree summa cum laude from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts, and is a member of the Phi Alpha Chi Honor Society. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Affinity Health Alliance, Incorporated at Union Hospital of Maryland.

Kevin Donovan

Executive Vice President and General Manager

As Executive Vice President and General Manager, Kevin Donovan is responsible for all aspects of Fusion's sales and corporate partner relationships.

With a diverse background that includes roles as a business partner and customer of Fusion, Donovan has held leadership positions in Sales and Finance with small and large companies. He joined Fusion in 2002, having spent the previous 12 years with GE Healthcare, where he helped launch and grow the indirect sales program of which Fusion was a founding corporate partner. Prior to joining GE, Donovan was Vice President of Finance at Universal Medical Scanners, a mobile medical service provider. He began his career in sales and was also a commercial loan officer with Old Stone Bank.

Donovan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Providence College, and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
